What kind of houses do you buy?
We buy single family as well as multi-family houses. We'll buy it even if there's a tenant occupying the property.
What kind of mobile homes do you buy?
We buy mobile homes that come with private land, mobiles in trailer parks, and mobile homes that need to be moved.
How does moving a mobile home work?
As long as the mobile home is not from 1976 or earlier, it is not generally restricted from moving by law. This may vary, however, depending on the state and county.
If the mobile home can be legally moved, we would contract with a mobile home mover for this process and they'd handle the prep work as well as transportation of the mobile home. This is done after a deal is made with you and cash has been received / title handed over.
Will you buy my home with fire or water damage?

Do you guarantee me an offer?

My mobile home is on private land, but we don't want to sell the land. Can you still buy it?
Yes. If it can legally be moved, we would be interested in speaking with you. If the mobile home is attached to the land, however, this may be an issue that needs to be worked out.
I want to sell, but I can't move right away.
We can probably work out a situation for you, or we'll buy it on your schedule. You can have us lined up for the purchase though.
